Walmart purple rotisserie chickens had a few carbs and Spam Low Sodium had a few carbs but that's about it.
Oh, some sizzlers sausage links and some brats with cheddar cheese and a little bit of American Cheese.

I'm down from 335# to 290# and headed for 180#.
I got a long ways to go but I'm still breathing so I expect to get there.

That's four teaspoons of pure sugar a day.
Nature provides maybe one or two teaspoons a day is all.
Most people eat 50 teaspoons of sugar a day.
Four grams carbohydrate to the teaspoon..
4 grams carbohydrate = 1 teaspoon sugar
No discount for fiber..
How many are you eating and how many are you feeding your children and loved ones..
It's a giant trap we all fell into unknowingly and accidentally.
Few know about it.
That's my discovery.
