I'm 285# right now so in all that will be 105# more to lose.
I started at 370# ten years ago so that will be a 190# weight loss when I get to 180#.
My brain and emotions and feeling and senses and instincts work a lot better when I am carb free too.
My chest pains leave and my bowels work good then too.
Everything goes to shit on me when I'm bingeing.
I eat a few onions and occasionally the low carb six vegetables and a salad once in awhile and that's it.
Other than that it's meat and eggs and water to drink.
Mostly raw and then cooked meat rather than processed meat.
Beef and pig and chicken and fish.
Samples ar Costco and Central Market are hard on me.
Carbs carbs carbs..
I got to quit that..
A heroin addict or a tobacco addict cannot do a little here and there or he will end up in a full blown binge.
Sugar and carbs are the same way.
Nature calls for small amounts now and then.
I am ok if I stick to that faithfully.
One step farther and I am in trouble and bingeing again.
It's really hard on my health when I do that..
My studio and filming and music are coming along at a snails pace but they are coming along.
I got a digital piano and I'm learning how to play it with Youtube and Apple TV and my Television set..
There are thousands of lessons online for everything.
I love it..
I got a little Yamaha 81 Key P35B..
Perfect to start on..
$250 used off from Craigslist..
Then I'll step up from there a step or two over the years..
It sounds and feels just like a real piano and is nice and comfortable in it's wood case it came with..
Really cheap for something this good.
Had I known I would have waited and got the P45B instead.
It has USB and slightly better specs.
I'm satisfied with my P35 though..
It works and sounds great..
I have always loved the piano and wanted to play it..
The organ too after this..
I have a Hammond M3 I'm also going to try learning..
Just chords and a few notes is all I'm after on both of them.
Tons of great sounding music with vocals can be done with that..
I'm setting up my drums too..
