I have been sugar and carbohydrate free for well over half of these last ten years since 2006.
Dozens of binges throughout these ten years.
Ice Cream and Chinese Buffet etc etc etc
Clean for long extended periods of time up to a year and more and then the inevitable binge for days or weeks or several weeks at a time.
Aways going back to low low carb or zero carb.
You couldn't put a gun to my head and get me to use or do any of those other drugs or gambling.
I hate them and am so glad to be drug and gambling free I can't describe it.
Processed sugar and corn syrup and highbred carbohydrate addiction is the hardest of them all to fully break for me.
I'm doing good right now but I have binged five or six times in these last two weeks.
Fighting my way back again right now.
I never drink anything but water ever.
Ten years of water only.
I got that in the bag.
Sugar and carbohydrates will kill me if I don't get them fully whipped and stay that way.
