Not feeling bloated all the time and stuffed to the gills is nice too.
They call it Ketosis.
Your body feeds off from your fat so your not hungry because your body is fueling itself off from your excess fat.
Starvation Ketosis I am told is a different thing altogether.
This Ketosis leaves me not hungry and not craving carbohydrates all the time.
It does that to everybody.
It takes a very low carb threshold for this to kick in and the fat burning process to begin.
Mine is beginning.

Nineteen days ago.
The last seven days have been almost zero carb.
A little bit of soy sauce and a little bit on raw onion.
I dip my steak and other meat in it.
Kikoman Soy Sauce and a small amount of White Vinegar and some fresh slivered onions and a little fresh hot pepper if you have it or I use a little Pickled Jalepeno Peppers because I never have fresh.
It adds a little zing to my steak when it is kind of flat otherwise.
Juicy and good.
I don't salt or season my steak with anything else so the salt in the soy sauce is not that bad.
Even though I'm not hungry and could not eat at all I eat anyway and enjoy my meal.
I got three pounds of bacon pieces on sale that I got to eat or throw away so I'm having bacon and eggs later today.
I'm down twenty five pounds.
