No other food or drink for the day.
Probably fifty grams carbs in all..
My weight is down 6# today 322# down 6# from 328# yesterday.
Water and bloat and what I call soft fat easily dissipated I would say..
A false weight loss and a false weight gain from all the bingeing..
I almost broke down and went on a binge but I didn't..
I feel better already and expect to be down two more pounds when I weight myself later this morning.
I wish I hadn't eaten those samples but I did.
I'm more absent minded when I eat carbs.
Much more when I binge on carbs.
I can also feel my insides running fast when I carb binge..
I have none of that when I'm low low carb or zero carb.
Chocolate I stay away from although when I'm bingeing I will occasionally eat some chocolate candy bars.
ButterFinger or Nutty Buddy..
Caffeine really kickes me..
When your fully detoxed from everything it really kickes your ass if you eat or drink any of that shit..
Pop or candy or fruit or bread or anything.
Ice cream is always my binge food.
I went to Chinese Dragon Buffet and drank ice water while my granddaughter ate yesterday..
I feel better today..
I had planned on fasting yesterday..
