I just recently lost forty pounds eating like this..
One meal a day and no salt and no seasonings..
Meat and eggs and water once a day..
Then water as desired throughout the rest of the day..
Feeling great and my body and mind and chemistries are all working great..
I want to get down to one hundred and eighty pounds this way.
That will be a one hundred and ninety pound weight loss from my former three hundred and sixty eight pounds.

I will be young and energetic and full of life again.
Just being 100% on diet does the same thing to me.
