Fruit I have never added before.
It is pure carbohydrate as are some of the vegetables.
As is corn and potatoes which I am going to eat some of.
Only in their raw form and then cooked.
The fruits whole and fresh.
I have been doing it for a couple of days already and it doesn't produce the intense craving the other sugars do.
I'm not even thinking about weight but I really am.
Just not right now.
I got to get this addiction under control and this compulsive eating disorder.
There is no help out there.
My emotional eating disorder is the third thing I'm working on.
Addictions are a bitch.
All of my other addictions were a walk in the park compared to this one.
I have had it under control dozens of times and for long periods of time so I know it can be done.
I have gone a whole year or more at a time 100% on diet and felt great and lost weight.
A hundred and nineteen pounds one time.
That was a high fat low carbohydrate diet.
That's basically what I'm doing now.
Before when I had the great success I ate zero fruit and only the low carb six vegetables to go with my fat meat.
Always water only to drink.
