Plain salt and fresh ground black pepper and onion flakes and garlic powder.
Sometimes fresh onion and fresh garlic cloves.
Occasionally real butter.
Today was a big splurge.
I went to Fargo and ate at the Golden Coral Buffet.
Boiled fish pieces with tarter sauce on it.
Hamburger patties with american cheese and a pickle slice.
One small piece meatloaf with catsup removed.
Brussels Sprouts and Asparagus and Cabbage.
Some fatty pot roast beef.
A whole bunch of the fish and hamburger patties and a whole bunch of the vegetables.
I must have eaten close to five pounds.
Four pounds for sure.
Lots off fresh ice water to drink.
I stayed on diet what I would consider to be 100%.
The tarter sauce and the deviled eggs and the meat loaf were a tiny bit off.
$8.80 for everything.
Stuffed to the gills.
That's all I will eat today.
Lots of water.
I'm proud of myself and glad I'm back on low carb and salt and seasonings.
Zero carb and zero salt and zero seasonings is still a good thing.
One meal a day in the morning that was.
I did it for two months straight and felt great.
For some reason I let myself weaken.
Had I been able to afford Ribeye Steak and New York Strips nonstop everyday I think I probably would have stuck with it.
The fat makes the flavor and satisfaction.
I can't afford $600 a month for meat like that right now.
I'm back on Bacon too.
I bought twelve three pound shrink wraps of bits and pieces on sale.
That's 12 times 3# packages.
$5.70 for 3#
1 1/2# and six eggs to the meal.
Less than $4 total for a meal.
Twice a day $8 total for the day.
3# bacon and a dozen jumbo eggs.
24 meals for less than $96.00
Not to bad.
12 days of the month.
I don't like eating all those nitrates though.
When I get rich I will live on Ribeye Steaks.
$30 a day for Prime Boneless Ribeye Loins at Cosco.
$9.99 a pound.
$900 a month for three pounds a day.
I'm ok where I'm at though for now.
Lots of hamburger and 100% ground pork and eggs and some fish and some chicken and some steaks.
I got a oven today for $3.30
An Electric Rival.
In mint condition.
Like new except the dial is missing.
Just the knob.
It turns perfectly and easily without it.
I'm baking again.
I don't use my gas oven.
I'm afraid of it with my old stove.
I just thought about it,
I ate some wild rice twice in the last week.
A quarter cup once and a half cup once.
I'm definitely not zero carb anymore.
I never really was except for these experiments.
We are not carnivorous.
Just like we are not herbivores.
We are both.
