Win, win, win,
If I don't fall over dead and I don't expect to.
I'm slightly uncomfortable in the evenings is all.
Stomach twingings.
Nothing serious.
By morning I'm not even hungry but I eat anyway.
These last four days have been two and a half pounds of pan fried 73/27 Walmart Hamburger with a dozen jumbo eggs fried in the hamburger grease the following day and then again the next two days the same thing.
Today it's the two and a half pounds of hamburger and tomorrow the dozen jumbo eggs scrambled in the grease.
It's deliberate for weight loss and curing myself of periodic binging.
Every three to six months or so in the past.
I got to force the last half a pound of this hamburger down.
It doesn't taste all that great but it fills the hole, as my dad would say.
Everything doesn't always have to be exceptional and good.
Just good for you.
In all aspects.
I'm getting it down but it is not easy.
The first part went down good.
That quarter inch of grease leftover in the pan looks good.
Tomorrows scrambled eggs.
Again, with nothing on them.
Water only to drink.
No vitamins no supplements.
Nothing.
My "Dated Product" Walmart Hamburger at $12 for five pounds and my jumbo eggs for $2 a dozen makes for four days eating for $16.
One hamburger halved for one day and one dozen eggs the next day.
$16 for four days.
$4 a day.
The next day is going to be Boneless Ribeye Steak from Cosco for about $18 for the one day.
Wild Caught Salmon Filet after that for $5
Chicken $5
Country Style Pork Ribs $6
100% Ground Pork and six jumbo eggs $6
$48 for seven days.
Not bad.
$200 a month.
It costs a lot more to eat zero carb or low carb than a typical high carb diet.
I can stuff myself at any number of buffets for $6 or $7 a day.
The same money only eating enough high carb foods and meats and deserts to gain about a pound a day or more.
I could put on a hundred pounds in three months eating that way.
Stuffed to the high heaven.
Buffets are cheaper than store bought food.
Eat about five pounds of great tasting food and finish up with a quart of ice cream and having drunk a quart of pop and milk along the way with the meal.
$7
China Buffet
Probably five hundred grams of sugar and hybrid carbohydrates.
One meal.
Typical for us hogs.
It's crazy.
Typical carbohydrate addicts are not like this.
Most of them are skinny or average and eat accordingly.
We run away trains in a class by ourselves.
I wasn't always this bad but I ate a lot.
Slowly gaining over the years.
I became obsessive when I went low carb.
Before that as long as I was feeding my habit everything was ok.
I was eating to much and I was fat and getting fatter, but I was doing it more normally.
I didn't eat a gallon of ice cream at a sitting like I do now when binging.
Partly because I know I'm binging and will be going back to zero carb shortly.
Enjoy it while I can sort of thing.
Sometimes several days in a row.
Dieting can be a real bitch.
I envy you people who don't have to.
Moderation you say.
Yes that's a good way to maintain your carbohydrate addiction.
I prefer not to be addicted to carbohydrates or anything else and everything that goes with them.
Like being essentially blind to what is going on around you..
The sky is falling and you want more of the same.
Saying it isn't happening.
Or if it is, there is nothing you can do about it.
I say there is..
Something we can do about it.
That something being getting man to realize that we are stimulated out of our minds and acting out accordingly.
Have been for thousands of years now.
Destroying the human race and the earth itself because of these stimulant drugs.
And you want more of the same..
Me the eccentric nut case.
