I think it was the Roma Tomatoes and I know it was the peanuts.
A definite no no.
I bought a 12 ounce can of Planters Redskin Spanish Peanuts and proceeded to eat the whole can.
Then two tomatoes at a time from the refrigerator with mayonnaise on each bite.
They were both delicious.
I had already eaten my Spanish Omelet Scramble that morning.
Prepare for an attack of the bowls.
Now fast forward several hours and a few more tomatoes.
Stomach pains and that urge to go to the bathroom like right now.
A large loose bowel movement.
Several pounds all at once.
The same thing only lesser for seven or eight more times over the next twenty-four hours.
Stomach discomfort to go with it.
Another Spanish Omelet that morning again and a few more tomatoes.
12 more hours of same.
Five common aspirin every five hours for four times trying to alleviate the pain.
Gas and heart burn the whole way.
Not hell but very uncomfortable and definitely sick.
Another Spanish Omelet and nothing more.
The tomatoes are all gone.
The omelets are ok and even good I think.
It was the peanuts and the tomatoes.
That and several six slices to the time American Cheese.
I forgot about those.
So here I am back on low low carb and using salt and seasonings.
No more peanuts and no more tomatoes.
I'm trying not to snack.
I'm going to start freezing precooked chuck steaks for emergencies and for when I'm away from home.
I'll go back to zero carb if I have to but I don't think I am going to have to.
I'm using whole yellow onions and fresh garlic cloves from whole garlic heads.
Powdered garlic and onion flakes and fresh ground black pepper and salt.
Canning salt doesn't have any anti-caking in it.
The higher priced stuff and a salt grinder I will get later on.
My real butter I will use as a flavor enhancer whenever I want to.
I still have lots of clarified butter on hand.
Lately my meat has been so fat that I haven't even been able to eat it all and I save what I can and freeze it for later.
I'm still in here 100%
Just low low carb instead of zero carb and using salt and seasonings and fresh onions and garlic.
Always water only to drink.
I think I gained about five pounds.
I went for about a four mile walk this evening just before dark.
It felt great.
My longest walk so far.
I loved it.
My knee and ankle did ok and I was breathing heavily the beautiful cold night air.
It was wonderful.
My granddaughter got out of lockup yesterday.
That feels better than everything.
Grandpa is back and swinging hard.
I turned down my spud boss today.
I told her my truck was down and that I am not putting it back on the road.
Minnesota Drivers License notified me today that my drivers license was being downgraded to class d because I have no current health card.
I am not going to renew it.
I'm going to live or die on what I got.
I''m fully retired.
Those trucks are not going to kill me.
To many hours sitting in the cab of a truck all alone and suffering.
I have driven all I am going to drive.
I'll be seventy years old next month.
Enough is a enough.
I'm fully retired.
Filming and music and this blog is what I'm doing from here on out.
Lots more important than money.
My bowls are corrected and I'm feeling great.
