I do not have diabetes.
So people would say that sugar isn't bad for you and that it was low sugar that was the problem and not high sugar.
Not enough sugar.
Eat sugar and everything would be OK.
My response was always that because of our massive sugar consumption in the first place and sugar not being natural and normal and sugar being bad for you, our sugar "clock" gets messed up and requires more sugar to keep the fucked up clock going that was brought on and caused by to much sugar and carbohydrate in the first place.
That's what it is but we know now that it's the pancreas and insulin levels messed up by to much sugar in our diet.
I have known sugar is bad for you since I was a kid about sixteen years old or sooner than that.
It was just in me.
I don't know why I knew but I did.
Even knowing that I still ate a lot of sugar like everybody else.
Pop and candy and cakes and sweets and whatnot.
The typical american diet.
Fruit and vegetables and grains also.
Meat and fish and chicken.
Fish & Chips and Country Fried Chicken.
Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots and onions and celery.
Milk and biscuits.
Home made bread and rolls.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches.
Home made fudge.
Pie and cake.
I didn't know until 2006 that carbohydrates are the same thing as sugar.
I was sixty years old.
Computers and Google.
The fact that carbohydrates are sugar.
Hybrid carbohydrates is my discovery.
The reason that carbohydrates are so concentrated and deadly and unnatural to man.
All the mental stuff began to fall into place about this time.
My massive discovery on top of my discovery.
Completely unknown to man.
My unbelievable award winning discovery.
Never before touched on by man until I put two and two together and got about five hundred trillion million billion light years.
This thing is about that big.
I also knew that television was not good for you.
Horror shows and whatnot.
I knew that it would mess up little children.
To scary and not natural to life.
I knew that when I was ten years old in 1955.
So this genius has always been a part of me.
Probably from all of the sugar and my "drawing" from the gene pool.
My lottery ticket.
My dad and mother were both hooked on Cokes.
Coffee and Tea with sugar.
Combined with a high sugar high carb diet.
Post World War Two.
I was born in 1945.
I was five years old in 1950 when we got our first TV.
Thought to be a good thing just like the sugar.
And Coke and Pepsi Cola.
I was drinking pop at two years old.
Maybe before that and lots of milk from the beginning.
Mothers milk until I was about two years old I believe.
Great stuff and perfect for you.
