I'm eating meat and eggs only right now but I will probably add my wild rice back in as time develops here.
When I was down to 247# I had been eating a lot of wild rice and then the low low carb "six" vegetables.
Onions and garlic cloves and cauliflower and broccoli and cabbage and brussels sprouts.
All, "hybrid carbohydrates" or "hybrid plant life".
Occasionally some green beans and definitely my whitetail deer meat.
I was able to buy five permits that year for five deer I think it was, so I had lots of deer meat and I ate every last drop of it.
A few hundred pounds.
I had forgotten how hard I had worked at losing that weight.
Here I am three years later and fighting my way back still.
I believe that I have these binge things beat for good this time.
36# more to go to get back where I was and then on down from there.
It has been an "epic" journey for me but I have finally gotten fully back on track.
Neither I, nor my grandchildren can stand for any more of this nonsense and "foolishness".
The clock is ticking and my grandchildren need me.
They grow so rapidly.
Addictions are a bitch but they can be broken.
"Without AA or Alcoholics Anonymous" or having to resort to a "higher power" or God as you interpret him because of our weakness.
We are that higher power.
It is in all of us.
We just need to care that much about ourselves and our loved ones.
Being 100% drug free and addiction free in all matters is what has made all this work for me.
Had my system had anything else going on I'm not sure I could have done it.
So you people who "dabble" or use any addictive substances or behaviors.
I can only wish you luck.
Caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, "drugs", pharmaceutical or otherwise, marijuana, speed.
Gambling and sexual behaviors.
I wish you the best.
The Bunnell Farm is 100% drug and addiction free, that's why it works.
I start trucking again next week.
I'll be on the road for a week or more at a time sometimes.
Home occasionally for a few hours maybe.
Just a short week or ten days here to start with.
My land and house studio are coming together beautifully.
I have the greatest hired had to help me you could ever imagine.
He will keep things going and finish things up as I am out trucking.
My well and sewer and "bunkhouse" and garage and picnic shelter and finishing the setting and hooking up of my trailer and even the ground work necessary for all this.
My permits and survey are all in place.
I am "gathering" the rest of the money for needed expenses.
Was "hunting" the other day too.
"Bagged" some great steaks and eggs.
