Actually I'm only three or four weeks clean and I always say it take four months to be 100% fully detoxed.
I have been mostly off for four or five months with several major binges lasting for several days or up to a week each time.
Raw meat boiled or fried and eggs mostly and hard cheese.
Less and less cheese,
Cabbage and onions and garlic cloves sometimes daily.
No salt and no pepper or any other seasonings.
100% ground pork or 100% ground beef.
Pork Roast cut up into stew or soup meat.
Raw side pork.
Spinach and broccoli and cauliflower occasionally.
Pretty boring for the most part but in reality pretty tasty when your hungry and haven't eaten.
Onions are pretty high carb but with only the onion and cabbage and garlic cloves and meat I get away with it.
I should be eating more fish.
Chicken bores me.
I'm down to 278# again.
I tried celery and carrots.
They made me binge.
I tried oranges and bananas.
They made me binge.
Anything except the above makes me binge.
I'm only three weeks clean again after on and off bingeing for the last five or six months.
My cravings are gone again but I could still binge on a moments notice or with no notice at all.
Samples from the grocery store often gets me started to binge so I'm staying away from those.
Water only to drink always.
Even when I binged.
I got that in the bag.
It helps a lot.
The addiction itself fools us into using again without regard for our health.
An alcoholic or tobacco addict knows what addiction is.
Marijuana is a severe addiction as is amphetamines and methamphetamines and cocaine.
Opiates and heroin and doctor prescribed.
Sugar and carbohydrate addiction is a really hard addiction to break.
Most people never try so they will never know.
All of my other addictions have been long put to rest.
Twenty years now clean from everything except for this sugar and carbohydrate addiction.
I have been fighting it for over ten years.
Nine of those years clean and about a year in all bingeing.
All I can say is that I am clean.
If I have my way I will die clean.
Sugar and corn syrup and carbohydrates beyond what true nature provides are deadly poisons both to our minds and bodies but we don't know it.
All this in addition to my discovery about all the common everyday stimulants we all consume and think nothing of it and the profound effects on our psyche and senses and feelings and instincts.
