I'm using some salt and black pepper and onions and garlic both powdered and fresh.
Butter I am using and Lard.
I have stayed on diet like this or similar for many months at a time and lost weight and felt great.
I lost 119# one time a few years back.
I lost 60# just last year but regained it all back and then some.
You will never know how strong your addictions are until you try to get off from them.
Most people never recognize them or ever try to get off from them.
