We wish it weren't so.
On a personal basis here I'm back on diet again.
Four days only.
I gained sixty five pounds bingeing since the first of this year.
I was down to two hundred sixty pounds Christmas of this year 2015 and feeling great after being steadily on diet 100% for about six months.
Close to four and a half months ago or one hundred and thirty days ago.

My weight today 325#
I gained 65# in 130 days.
That's a 1/2 # a day weight gain.
I gained one half pound a day for one hundred and thirty days.
About half of those days I was on diet and not bingeing at all so I actually gained about a pound a day for sixty five of those one hundred and thirty days.
I'm ashamed of myself.
I'm fat as a pig and feel like shit.
So I'm doing it again.
What works best for me is zero salt and zero seasonings and meat and eggs only and nothing but water to drink.
Lots of fat on my meat.
Raw meat and eggs cooked beautifully.
I feel great when I do this and I lose excess weight.
I like to eat once a day only in the morning and nothing else throughout the day.
About two pounds of fat meat and six eggs a day.
Once a day.
Occasionally I'll skip a day.
I'm not hungry anyway.
Normally I eat because I know I should.
There is nothing wrong with fasting for a day now and then though.
I don't do it that often but I like it when I do.
I go to bed hungry and sleep well and wake up not hungry but I eat anyway in a few hours and get hungry as I'm cooking and really enjoy my food and my meal this way.
Water tastes great.
It works every time so I'm doing it all again.
That's how I got down to two hundred sixty pounds in the first place.
Breaking my sugar and starch and hybrid carbohydrate addiction and staying that way.
Had I stayed on diet I would have been down to two hundred forty pounds by now and headed for two twenty.
Then 200# and finally 180#
I started at 368# on October 1, 2006
It's life and death for me.
This weight will kill me and I look like shit and I feel like shit and I can't hardly do anything.
The exact opposite of how I feel when I'm on diet 100%.
Tomorrow will be five days.
It takes awhile to fully detox again and start feeling great but I'm feeling better and better already.
So there's your update..
There is nothing else in my system ever except the air we breathe and sunshine.
I do take a Levothyroxin Pill 100MCG once a day.
Mayo Clinic put me on it 25 years ago after treating my Thyroid for Graves Disease.
I don't recommend anybody to take Thyroid Pills.
Don't do it.
They hand this shit out like candy.
It's a terrible drug.
Our Thyroid Gland Regulates Everything.
Don't mess with your Thyroid.
Leave it alone.
Your thyroid gland in not your problem.
It's what you eat and drink and ingest unnaturally.
I have to take mine because of the treatment they gave me to destroy my over active thyroid gland.
