I'm by nature an upbeat person but not always these days.
I'm back on diet 100% again.
Hopefully that will help.
It will take a little while though.
I gained forty pounds and that is no fun at all.
I'm back up to three hundred pounds again.
Hopefully my last binge.
Series of binges actually.
Three or four or five days off and about that many days on trying to recover and then back off again.
Again and again for about two months.
Summating to a forty pound weight gain.
One of my worst bingeing streaks ever.
This after losing forty pounds and being down to two hundred sixty pounds and feeling great for about four or five months straight of 100% on diet.
Zero carbs and zero salt and zero seasonings and nothing but water to drink and eating once a day only..
Nothing but raw meat cooked and eggs.
It's my best diet lately.
Tasting great and feeling great the whole way.
My original weight loss going from 368# to 248# was a more moderate diet.
I'm detoxing again right now.
I expect it will take several more weeks.
I'm about two weeks in right now.
When I want to binge I fry a steak or something.
My carbohydrate craving have mostly fully subsided by now.
Tiny tinges of discomfort here and there.
The golden rule here is to go to bed hungry and wake up not hungry.
That's how it works.
Then cook and eat and it tastes really good anyway because you haven't eaten for a day.
Water to drink.
It works great for me.
I broke my weight stall doing this and eating this way..
