The mass carbohydrate cravings do leave in that short a time frame.
That's when the work begins of staying carbohydrate free.
Katie and millions of others try to get off from refined sugar and corn syrup and white flour and heavily laden carbohydrate foods and go with lesser dense of carbohydrate and starch foods like cauliflower and whatnot..
That's a good sensible plan for a lot of people.
It doesn't work for me.
I always say how many puffs of a cigarette is ok for a quitting cigarette smoker or how small of an amount is ok for the heroin user or cocaine user or an alcoholic and my answer is always none.
I did the modified reduced plan and lost one hundred and nineteen pounds initially and it worked great.
If I hadn't started bingeing I would have lost another sixty eight pounds and been down to a hundred and eighty pounds.
I was down to 248#.
Except I started bingeing and have been yoyo dieting ever since.
Twenty or thirty or forty or even fifty pounds lost and then regained.
Hundreds of pounds lost and gained that way.
There are several very severe problems with this.
Overloading our kidneys and stressing our heart to name a few.
Our entire bodies and nervous systems and everything take a real shit kicking while bingeing that can have long lasting and life threatening effects.
It's a psychological thing as well as a body thing.
I wouldn't wish it on anybody.
Normal people can't understand it.
People that haven't had to deal with addictions.
Moderation in all things.
That sort of thing.
They maintain their addictions at a low level of functionality and then feed it to their babes to do the same thing.
We gluttons and addicts of a different breed.
They are more sensible when it comes to managing their addictions there is no doubt about that and I commend them for that..
The problem is that they are not dealing with the world's reality because of their smugness and confidence in themselves and their ways.
Kind of like the European all knowing white superiority.
The British way.

For the rest of us retards out here there can be a lot of difficulties.
Like our health and raising our families.
Are there really two billion people starving and suffering while these accomplished people live in luxury.
Like the Jews in Germany and throughout the east when Hitler tried to exterminate them.

It probably is but Hitlers Solution wasn't the right way of handling things to say the least.

It's human nature and the pecking order except that it's exaggerated a million times from all of the speed.
Sugar and highbred carbohydrates are speed.
All of our fruits and grains and vegetables.
Our entire food chain.
Sugar and wheat and milk and honey.
Now add alcohol and caffeine and nicotine.
Speed on top of speed on top of speed on top of speed on top of speed on top of speed on top of speed..
You get the idea..
Is this true what I'm saying..
It's just as true as a billion cars and a million airplanes burning fossil fuel every day into the air we breathe and the water we drink with acid rain..
