My ocean fish fried in lard with Wild Rice Flour for coating and then sprinkled lightly with salt and pepper and garlic powder tastes great.
I'm eating two meals a day right now to.
I won't lose weight but I'm fighting to stay on diet this way for awhile.
We'll see what comes later.
It will take a few months after all that bingeing to get fully detoxed again.
Wild Rice Flour is high carb but I only use about one ounce of it per pound of fish.
One pound of fish is a meal.
Four ounces to four pounds of fish or four meals..
About 25 grams carbs per ounce of the Wild Rice Flour.
Once a day.
About the same for the yellow onions and garlic cloves.
Say 50 grams carbs for the day.
That's a lot.
12 and a half teaspoons of sugar per day in all.
