I got ten pounds of my recent weight gain back off already just these last ten days.
Bloat and fluid retention leave pretty easily.
I'm pretty much back on the diet where I recently lost the forty pounds before I regained fifty.
Yo yo dieting this is called and it is very well known to be very bad for our health.
Like always I'm going to try to make this one stick.
My clothes are a little less tight again and I'm feeling and sleeping better and my heart is not hurting as much or as often again.
Overall I feel pretty good like always when I am on my diet 100%.
Meat and eggs once a day sometime in the morning.
It tastes great.
No seasonings and no salt or anything.
Usually fried in it's own grease.
About a pound or pound and a half of meat and three jumbo eggs.
Nothing but the meat and eggs fried in it's grease.
The eggs suck up the grease.
Succulent is how it tastes.

Nothing but water to drink.
No vitamines and no supplements.
Nothing.
It tastes great and is good for me.
Occasionally I'll add an onion and garlic cloves.
Wild Rice maybe once a week.
I few days ago I had boiled venison I had in my freezer.
White tail with lots of fat on it.
About a pound and a half of cut up White Tail Deer with chunks of it's natural fat added to the lean meat.
Most people cut that off.
Not me.
It's good for my health and makes it taste great.
I boiled the meat with a onion and a few garlic cloves and nothing else.
Then after about an hour on low low heat a soft boil I added four ounces of wild rice to the soup.
I let it boil again for about twenty minutes and then let it set after turning off the heat for another ten minutes.
There was plenty of water in the soup and it came out just the right consistency.
Nothing but the deer meat with it's fat and the onion and garlic cloves and then the wild rice.
It was out of this world delicious and I ate the whole thing.
About two and a half pounds.
It was so good I could have eaten another.
I love soup anyway.
I'm going to do the same thing with beef and pork later on.
Even fish and chicken.
Great eating.
Today I'm having Walmart 73/27 hamburger fried in it's own grease with nothing on it and three jumbo eggs fried in it's grease.
Nothing on them either.
It will taste great I'm sure.
I haven't eaten since yesterday morning.

It makes a lot of grease but the eggs suck up a lot of it.
Got to have plenty of fat to make this diet work.
It tastes great and is satisfying and satiating.

Wild game and birds and fish always and wild onions and garlic would make it perfect but that's not possible for me right now.
I could where I live but for most people it would be an impossibility.
We have ten thousand lakes and millions of acres of woods and forests where I live.

I'm just a few miles from where you can walk into the woods and go for miles with nothing but woods and lakes and ponds and nothing but wild things.
Most places don't have this available to them.
Woods and lakes and streams.
Wild life.
It's all poisoned by the air and man but it's still pretty good compared to everything.
Most areas of the United States and a lot of elsewhere you can't even walk off from the road or you are on private property and trespassing.
Except for parks and such things.
It's the same way around here for the most part.
We have a National Refuge and an Indian Reservation just north of me a few miles.
About ten miles north of me.
That's where I lived for about twenty years before moving closer to town about twenty years ago where I live now.
I'm three miles from our little city of Detroit Lakes ten thousand population and fifty miles from Fargo Moorhead about 233,000 population and two hundred miles from the cities.
