My carbohydrate and sugar addiction always pull me out of it and I binge.
Time after time.
I was on it for over a year just recently and felt great the whole while and was down 25# less than I am right now.
I was down to 275# again.
Then I binged seven or eight times these last several months and went all the way back up to 300#.
I'm an emotional eater and a compulsive eater when I binge.
That method is beautiful but I can no longer make it work.
I'm going to eat more carbs and snack more and eat a lot less per meal and see how that works.
Water only to drink.
Seasonings and salt included.

Everyone of us has it..
At least I don't have all of the other addictions to go with it.
Caffeine and alcohol and nicotine and marijuana and gambling and dairy and all of the other drugs and I don't take meds.
