About a pound of fat meat and several eggs was a typical meal.
Crock pot cooked meat with vegetables and wild rice another.
I had five White Tail Deer one year.
Other than that it was mostly pork and beef.
Pot roast kind of meals.
Twice a day.
Usually sometime in the morning and again towards evening.
Always drinking nothing but water.
I stalled at 248# for a couple of years and started tightening it up and began having periodic binges.
This was from October of 2006 until about 2010.
I have been fighting binges ever since.
About five years now.
I always binge.
Sometimes days apart and sometimes weeks apart and sometimes months apart.
Sometimes almost a year apart.
But I always binge.
I had always eaten a lot in my life but I had never binged.
Because of my hyper sugar and hybrid carbohydrate sensitivity or super sensitive sugar and hybrid carbohydrate sensitivity zero carb and low low carb won't work for me.
I trick and fool myself into using again.
I got to do something.
I'm going back on my original plan where I lost all of the weight.
Slowly but steadily while eating as stated above.
Always nothing but water to drink.
That was easy once I got it going.
Always nothing but room temperature water.
A gallon with me everywhere I go.
Usually drinking about a gallon a day.
I had been a big drink guy.
Pop and juice and milk mostly.
7Up or Sprite or Squirt.
All of the juices mostly orange juice and apple juice and grape juice.
Whole milk or 2% and sometimes chocolate milk.
Several quarts a day of all of these.
So drinking water only is a big deal for me.
I ate a lot of wheat and pasta and bread in my old ways.
Always lots of meat and vegetables.
Lots of fruit.
