Almost always before noon, that one meal.
Late in the morning.
That's what I have been doing for going on two months now.
About as extreme as it gets.
One big meal of fresh meat with lots of fat once a day and nothing else but water.
Pan fried or boiled or slow cooked in my crockpot.
Egg's fairly often.
They have one carb each.
Usually I eat six jumbo eggs, sometime twelve with whatever meat I'm having.
If I have a lot of fat left over from my meat I will just scramble a dozen jumbo eggs or more into a bunch of fat.
The eggs suck up the fat.
I occasionally have so much fat that I can't eat it all.
I freeze it for later cooking.
My 100% ground pork for instance has no grease so I often add fat that I have saved to liven it up.
It sucks it up pretty good too.
Fish and chicken usually about one day a week each and pork a few days and beef the rest.
They are all good but I like beef the best.
Really fat steaks above everything else but they cost to much to eat every day.
About $18 a day for two and a half pounds.
The others I can do for about a third of that.
$6 a day.
Chicken or pork.
I was getting two pounds of wild caught flounder for $6 but the don't have that anymore.
$18 a day would be $540 a month for the Ribeye and New York Steaks.
I don't have that kind of money.
Beef Ribs and Hamburger and cheaper Steaks like Chuck Steak I can do for about $10 a day with eggs.
I have several pounds in jars of Ghee or Clarified Butter but I seldom use it because I have so much fat.
Really fat meat makes about a half pound to a pound a day of fat.
I usually eat every drop.
Country pork ribs are cheap and chicken is always cheap.
$2 a pound for the pork and $1 a pound for the chicken.
I'm losing weight and enjoying my meals and not suffering to much in the evenings.
By morning after I get up I'm not even hungry but I eat anyway and get hungry as I start to cook and eat.
I fasted once for one day only.
It was ok.
I could do it more if I wanted to but I don't see the need.
I stopped taking my one a day vitamin.
Nothing but meat, fat and water.
I feel pretty good and I am sleeping pretty well.
I haven't been to the pool or exercise area for about a week.
I do relaxing exercise when I do go for about an hour or more.
Sometimes walk a little.
I have walked outdoors for about a mile and a quarter each time.
That has felt good but I haven't done that for a few days now.
I stopped skiing.
I'm going to fall and hurt myself and I don't need that.
I don't know how to ski or it would be alright.
I might do it again next year with better skis.
My walks from my home I think are going to end up being my main stay.
Always swimming in the lake, but like the pool I don't swim.
I just stand there and prance around doing dynamics as comes naturally.
I really enjoy both the pool and the lake.
I know it's really good for me.
The walks too.
I haven't started filming yet but hopefully that will come soon.
I'm working on my house and staying on diet right now.
My depression is from loneliness but I will solve that too.
I started to chit chat with the ladies more often.
The slimmer I get.
My hair is growing pretty long and I'm even wearing a cowboy hat.
I'm looking pretty good for an old half bald ugly guy.
I got a little spunk in me still.
I expect to hook up before long.
I had about a forty year old hitting on me a little bit the other day.
I should have picked up better but I was to bashful.
If I see her again I might.
They got to damn near jump in my lap to get me going.
I'm going to soften that up a little and be more receptive.
I'm not meant to be a bachelor or hermit.
I'm a people person.
Being taken as an oddball because of my beliefs and intellect is no fun.
Women have always really liked me.
Kids are great.
Men friends are OK but nobody knows what in the hell I'm talking about.
That's no fun either.
I expect to be flown all over the world before I'm through.
Spreading my message.
That low carb gathering group in South Africa commented on me as brilliant the other day.
Hopefully that will spread and they can start sending me around on speaking tours and feeding me steaks and seafood.
If nothing else works I think my singing and guitar playing and filming and music video's will get me some attention.
Once this thing catches on it will be a firestorm.
It couldn't be anything else.
It's the most important discovery ever known to man.
Greater than the wheel or fire.
Greater than the internal combustion engine.
Greater than all of the communications and technology combined.
Including this thing right here and YouTube.
