Other times just basic hunger.
Nothing exceptional.
This after a lifetime of enjoying food and drink to no end.
It's a bit of an adjustment that probably most people are not going to want to make.
Now I take that back.
Not enjoying eating.
Some of the time.
Plain hamburger is pretty boring.
Nice very fat ribeye steaks on the other hand can taste great.
This no salt and no seasonings is no doubt a big player in this.
My one day fast didn't help any either.
Yesterdays hamburger being boring left me with that to look forward to today.
The other half.
I'm eating it rare like I'm not supposed to do in order to get some enjoyment out of it.
Yesterday it went straight through me after a few hours because of being rare I think.
Normally my bowls are perfect eating like I am.
Meat and eggs with lots of fat.
When I get rich I'm going to have the high priced meat every day.
$18 a day.
$540 a month for meat.
That may or may not ever happen.
For now I get to eat that way about a third of the time and the other two thirds the cheaper stuff.
The cheaper stuff is Ok.
Just boring.
Salt and seasonings and some onions and garlic would alleviate this problem I'm sure but I don't want to do that right now.
I'm trying to put binging to rest for good this time.
In some ways no salt or seasonings helps and in some ways it hinders.
The same with the onions and garlic.
I actually bought a bag of onions and some garlic cloves awhile back.
They are sitting untouched for about two weeks or better now.
Onions are about like eating an apple carb wise.
That's why I don't eat them.
Garlic the same only smaller quantities.
I also had just bought a new two pound jar of Tellicherry Black Pepper Corns from India off from Amazon for $42.
I had finally just finished up my first two pound jar after several years.
I had used a lot of ground pepper in between.
I have a great pepper grinder I use.
Grinds fast and heavy.
I love it.
If I go back on salt and black pepper I'm going to get the high priced salt this time.
It is supposed to be far the better.
I'm rocking in the boat a little right now.
I'm losing weight beautifully.
That means a lot.
I have been is stalls for many months and even years at a time.
That's no fun when you have a lot of weight to lose.
Then there was always the binging with weight gains.
Beating my head against the wall for years at a time.
Going on a decade now.
Eight and a half years actually.
A bunch of years before that with other diets.
I am down about ninety pounds.
One hundred to go.
It's not really that hard this way without sugar or carbohydrate cravings.
Just boring.
I'm going to eat now.
I will give you an update in a little while.
My house just got warm.
I have had my heat off for twelve hours.
At sixteen below zero.
Fahrenheit.
I turn my heat off every night.
Saves money and loses weight.
The no salt, no seasonings is supposed to help me not to have cravings and desires for sugar and hybrid carbohydrates.
My theory.
It works.
That and eating like nature intended.
Always my goal.
Natures plant life is no longer available.
Especially in the winter.
brb
I scrambled a dozen jumbo eggs in my grease from yesterdays hamburger for breakfast just now.
I'm eating it now and it tastes good.
The grease was burnt a little yesterday.
No salt and no seasonings no nothing.
Water to drink.
Everything tastes great.
Both the water and the eggs.
I got hungry as I was eating and drinking and it tastes great!
I think the burnt grease helped and the cold water tasting good.
Having not eaten a lot these last several days helps too I think.
Wolfed down the whole thing.
Before it gets cold.
Natures way.
True nature wouldn't be cooked and hot though..
It tasted really good though and I'm happy.
We can only get so close to nature in these modern times.
I'm going to sleep outside a lot this summer.
I got bags and tents and ground mattresses.
Right in my yard so I have electricity for my air machine.
Otherwise I have batteries when I don't have electricity available and I also have Honda Generator/Inverters.
That's great to.
And a camp fire and cooking outside over the fire.
Fishing, boating, swimming.
I live on a lake.
Love it!
Life is good..
Kids.
