My food is boring without salt or seasonings.
Usually salt and pepper and garlic powder and onion powder or flakes.
Some parsley flakes.
That's about it.
Sometimes bay leaves when boiling.
I like most seasonings but the way I'm cooking, mostly frying or boiling or slow cooking raw meat or fish and often eggs, doesn't warrant any of the other seasonings.
I like fresh onion and fresh garlic a lot but I'm on zero carb right now.
I'm tired of binging every so often.
Usually every six months.
Sometimes less but always several to many months of 100% on diet before the binges.
My clothes are getting to large for me and sagging quite a bit.
I noticed yesterday that my 3X t-shirts are getting really big for me.
My 3X and 4X sweat pants the same.
Baggy as hell.
Of course I love that.
I can suck in my belly and see my legs and crotch once again and I still got a ton of a ways to go yet.
A hundred more pounds.
I'll still weight over 180#
I'm 5' 9" tall.
My legs and ass are getting smaller but my stomach is still huge.
Saggy and soft.
I hate it.
Being a fat slob is no fun.
Can't get around for shit either.
Besides dying young and feeling like shit the whole way.
Life without sugar and carbohydrates and caffeine and alcohol is different.
Your not buzzed all the time without knowing it.
Thinking that's just natural.
So on the boredom side.
If being bored about my food keeps me from falling off and binging it will be well worth the trade off.
Having only slight hunger late in the day and nothing more in the way of hunger pangs or cravings.
Both of which can be really hard to deal with.
Cravings probably the worst but hunger pangs are no fun either.
Desires aren't worth a shit either.
I keep going back and fourth on season and salt, or season only and no salt like dad did, or none of anything at all.
Nature does not season or salt.
That's a fact.
Look around you.
Nothing seasons or salts except modern man.
These last thousands of years.
